TERMS OF SERVICE 

Alexandria Professional West ships products to Western Canada. Orders placed for any other location will be cancelled and refunded. Alexandria Professional West is a regional distributor for Alexandria Professional International. To find out about purchasing Alexandria Professional products in other territories, visit alexandriaprofessional.com. 

Fresh Professional products ship to any location in Canada.

Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours for most in-stock items via PUROLATOR, UPS, or CANADA POST and will arrive within 5-7 working business days (excluding weekends and CANADIAN Holidays). Shipping may take longer for special order products. A Street address or PO Box # and daytime phone number are required on all orders. All delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments. Delivery services can be upgraded for an additional charge on in stock items.

All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

REFUND POLICY

All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods and are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus all shipping costs. Before returning any product you must call Alexandria Professional West 1-888-457-8427 to receive a RA# (Return Authorization Number). Merchandise returned without an RA# number will be refused and returned to sender.  

Claims & Shortages:
Any claims or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipment. A photo of damaged goods must accompany claims. All packaging materials must be saved, as a charge for additional return packaging materials will apply.

This privacy policy describes how we use information provided to us at Alexandria Professional West and the steps we take to protect your personal information.
