The Herbal Compress is used traditionally in Thailand for muscle pain, inflammation and detoxification. Here we also use them in our Thai Hot Stem Massage. Since they are made with dried herbs they have a firmer texture and work really well for providing a massage as well a heat therapy. Made with organically grown herbs and hand made in Thailand.

Benefits:  Helps relieve muscle tension and joint pain, while stimulating blood circulation and detoxification of the body.

Directions: 

• Sprinkle some water on the compress and allow absorption.
• Steam until the aromas of the herbs have been stimulated, and then apply directly to the skin. 
• When the compress starts to cool, repeat the process with the second compress while re-heating the first.

Ingredients: 

Plai (Zingiberaceae), Turmeric, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime peel and leaves, Camphor, Tamarind leaves, Sweet Flag, Pandanus, Mountain Ebony leaves, Somboil (Thai common name for Acacia concinna), Sosiel leaves, Jeang leaves, Wannangkam, Wansaolong, Eucalyptus wrapped in unbleached natural cotton.

Caution: 

• Do not overheat
• Do not apply within 24 hours of injury or trauma
• Do not take a shower/bath immediately after (allow herbs to be absorbed into skin)
