Contraindications - Not to be used in pregnancy or on children under 7 years. Could cause irritation if applied neat to the skin. Do not use in baths. Do not get it near the eyes. Do not rub the oil on its own over the entire body – because of the menthol it will feel like a block of ice. Do not use at night as it could keep you awake. Do not use with homeopathic remedies as mint acts as an antidote.
